This position is directly accountable for the full life-cycle of New Leaders’ program design -- development, delivery, and improvement -- for the complete organization nationally, partnering with regional leadership on program execution at the city level. This role’s primary focus is to drive extraordinary gains in student achievement by designing, implementing, and sustaining a high-quality program model for the selection, development, and support of New Leaders principals in high-need schools aligned with New Leaders’ vision, mission, and goals.
